Reiki (ray-key)... is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Force". It is a gentle energy treatment to release pain and speed your healing process by helping your body use its own natural healing powers. The Reiki energy comes from whatever you consider to be the Highest Power.  Everyone can access this energy to use for themselves and their families. Lauren and Dale are Reiki Master Teachers and conduct classes regularly in all three levels of Reiki.

Holistic Life Coaching... is a process that uses Holistic Kinesiology to empower an individual to experience reverence for themselves intuitively, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.  It helps individuals understand that their perception of past experiences has created how they see themselves today.  They learn how these perceptions from the past trigger unwanted reactions in their daily lives.  Holistic Life Coaching moves a client from being held hostage to those triggers to self-discovering where they came from and being able to release them.  Clients model new  behavior and understand the consequences of being responsible "to" others and "for" themselves.  It helps clients discover the purpose of their life mission. 

SomaEnergetics--Solfeggio Tuning Fork Therapy... uses the ancient Solfeggio scale to release your stress and emotional issues at the subconscious level.  The six tones of the Solfeggio scale are among those used in ancient church chants to promote feelings of serenity, peace, joy and to release grief, among others.  The tones work to harmonize imbalances in our vibrational bodies and activate DNA and energy centers.  Lauren has also used the Solfeggio vibrations on broken bones with reportedly good results.  The Solfeggio forks are tuned to specific Hertz, one of which is the one that has been used in laboratories to heal DNA.

This therapy is also particularly effective with horses and other animals to release their fear, stress and anxiety and to gain their trust.

Vibrational Healing... uses gemstones, sound, light and color to assist in gently releasing stress and promoting physical and emotional health. 

Vibrational Alignments, using stone layouts on the body, synchronize the body's vibrations with vibrations from the mineral kingdom to balance and smoothe one's energy flow.  A Vibrational Alignment releases energy blockages, corrects the direction of energy flow in the chakras and reshapes the energy into its healthy smoothe, circular pattern. 

Sound vibrations through toning can release muscular tension and break up stress.

 Past Life Regressions bring insights to present-day issues by accessing information from your subconscious that can be directly on point with challenges currently being faced.  Who we've been can illuminate parts of our current lives we haven't understood before.  Lauren and Dale both do Past Life Regressions for clients.

Ionic Detoxing Foot Cleanse---releases the body's impurities through the feet or hands, purges toxins such as chemicals, radiation, or synthetics and removes from the body pollutants from the air, waqter or our foods.  Clients have reported less fluid retention, improved memory, better bladder control and circulation, parasite and yeast cleansing, and pain relief from headaches, gout and arthritis and balancing of the body's pH.

People who have benefitted have dealt with arthritis, fibromyalgia, hypertension/stress, rheumatism, diabetes, inflammatory conditions, chronic conditions and the pollutants from smoking or drinking in high quantities.

Candling...is a technique that dates back to biblical times.  It involves the use of a hollow candle with one end placed in the ear.  The other end is lit creating a vacuum that pulls the wax and debris easily and safely out of the ear.  Many say their hearing is improved with this cleansing.

Animal Therapies ... Lauren and Dale also work with animals, specializing in small animal and equine therapies.  Animals respond extremely well to holistic therapies.  To them, if it feels good, enjoy it!  And they do!  All of the energy and body techniques are used with the animals as needed.
